PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE
CUSTOMERS ON OUR WAITING LIST AGREE TO PAY THE CURRENT LIST PRICE AT THE TIME THEIR MERCHANDISE IS DELIVERED OR PICKED UP.

Return Policy

Upon receipt, customers may examine merchandise and return it for any reason within the first 24 hours provided merchandise is still in its original, unaltered condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt.   Merchandise received on Saturday must be returned on the following business day (normally a Monday). Call Bliss Triune Enterprises at 424-247-8096 and let us know you will return merchandise.

Mail Order Return Policy

When returning merchandise by mail, the postmark stamp should reflect a date and time within the examination guidelines in paragraph one - again, starting with the date and time of delivery of merchandise to the customer's residense. Merchandise returned by mail must be insured for the full amount of the requested refund, and have a proof of delivery certification. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are also responsible for all related return shipping charges including insurance and proof of delivery.

Returns must be postmarked for shipment to Bliss Triune Enterprises within 72 hours of receipt at the customer's address. Bliss Triune Enterprises will only issue a refund for merchandise that is received, weighed, inspected, and approved for refund. Our Credit Card Policy

In an effort to protect our loyal and first-time customers from identity theft and credit card fraud:

1.       All mail orders are shipped via Fed-Ex and require a signature from the person placing the order.

2.       First-time customers must pay to FedEx “Guaranteed Funds COD” in the form of a certified check, money order or cashier's check upon delivery of their merchandise.

3.       We will ship orders to loyal customers whose name and address matches the name and address on our records as well as the corresponding name and address listed with the credit card company.

We apologize in advance if this causes an inconvenience  for anyone but we sincerely hope you appreciate the extra precautions we take on your behalf.  Bliss is dedicated to providing the same superb quality service you have come to expect over the years.
