1. In-Store Purchases -
No returns or exchanges on hair. No exceptions. PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY. HAIR IS A COMMODITY – A VERY PERSONAL ITEM. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND CONSIDERATION.
2. Internet Orders, Mail Orders and Telephone Orders.
Upon receipt, customers may examine merchandise and return it for any reason within the first 24 hours provided merchandise is still in its original, unaltered condition. Call Crowning Beauty at 702-252-4247 and let us know you will return the product. Please keep your receipts and include a copy with your return. Merchandise received on Saturday must be returned on the following Monday or non-holiday, whichever comes first.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all related return shipping charges including insurance and proof of delivery.
All returned merchandise must be insured for the full amount of the requested refund and have a proof of delivery certification. Returns must be postmarked for shipment to Crowning Beauty within 72 hours of receipt at the customer’s address. Merchandise can only be returned if it is still in its original, unaltered condition. Crowning Beauty will only issue a refund for merchandise that is received, inspected, and approved for refund. Send Returns along with your receipt and the reason for return to Crowning Beauty at the address on your invoice.
